Dear Mr. Jacuzzi:
I want to let you know what an excellent experience I had working
with Carol Tucker. My sisters and I inherited a piece of bare land
in Smartsville six years ago. I went through several REALTORS® and
then quite a long time went by without being listed. In fact, I had
received a letter from your company asking if I were interested in
having representation, but then did not hear back from anyone for
months, after being told that they would get back to me if they
decided to list my property. Finally, when that was discovered and I
was contacted again, I was told that Carol Tucker would be actively
working to sell my property. After waiting (and paying property
taxes) for six years, within a few months my property was sold.
I want to commend Carol for the highly professional and personal
service she provided me. Not living in the area and working in a
school without easy access to a phone, I really appreciated Carol's
constant and detailed communications. She was always willing to have
me call her at anytime and anywhere and extremely dedicated in
responding to my messages. Whenever I had a question or a concern,
Carol acted to get an answer for me. I was representing four
others
and she organized the process to have it run smoothly for all of us.
Carol was especially energetic in getting to know the property and
in widely listing its unique features. She was very informative
about the various expenses involved and I appreciated her counsel. I
was particularly impressed when she found a way to avoid costs on
both the buyer's or seller's part to find the survey markers, even
though I had already agreed to pay several hundred dollars if
necessary.
I don't think the property was a particularly easy parcel to sell.
Carol was enthusiastic and conscientious from the start and kept me
apprised of every step including background information on potential
issues. I think it is definitely due to her diligence and personal
approach that we were successful so quickly. I've sold several
properties arising from my mother's estate, and although I would say
that most of my dealings with each actual sale were generally
positive and professional, I feel that Carol Tucker provided an
extra quality in her communications, follow through, and expertise
that left me with a felling of overall confidence and security that
I have not experienced previously.

Selling a
home is a stressful time, no matter what the reason is for
selling. Novices like ourselves have to depend on a Realtor® to
